This method of home building consumes less raw materials, produces less wasted material, takes less time, improves finish quality and delivers a completed home that is magnitudes more structurally sound while delivering reduced energy use of 40% – 60%. Estimates of savings vary based on many factors; specific sun exposure, roof design, lifestyle, owners’ heating & cooling demands. In the type of homes e3 builds, we conservatively estimate 3 – 7 years for complete payback. After that time all the savings continue to accrete to the owners for the lifetime of the home.

If all new homes were built this way in our state – the energy conservation would be monumental. New energy codes being considered & debated may indeed bring this reality about – at e3 we are choosing to embrace it by choice.
