Chisago City – 2 new communities:

Lake Martha Overlook has two phases:

Phase 1 will be 18 Main-Level homes – Chisago Plan. 

Phase 2 has 25 new e3 villa homes, on a cul-de-sac, sharing a community dock on Lake Martha. Both Chisago & Lindstrom plans are offered here, so you can choose One-Level or Main Level living with walkout lower level facing the lake.

Plat submission in January 2025.

Wallmark Lake Villas has 14 new villa homes, all one level, with large lots, rear privacy.
(November 2024 – This plat is approved, but we cancelled this project due to softening market demand. It may come back to us at a later date.)

CHISAGO – 1,654 FSF, 1-level.
LINDSTROM – 2,350 FSF, 2 levels.

All plans live on main level, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 car Garage.

Boat Slips on Lake Martha will have small watercraft.
