e3 does not build custom designs – and we are not ashamed of this in any way. Our focus is to deliver an expertly crafted villa home with as simple a process as possible.

Our intended audience are consumers who view the custom-building process as
1. fraught with useless complexity,
2. incurring unplanned expense beyond original budget,
3. full of risks that pay no dividend, and
4. always more stressful than original expectations – by a LOT!

Our designs elements are in 2′ increments – preserves raw materials, minimizes waste, reduces labor costs, and delivers a more stable & energy efficient building envelope.
